Priorities and Intentions

Our intention is to revolutionize the job market in the mechanical engineering industry. Therefore, we are constantly looking for dedicated, creative, and collegial employees. Our selection criteria significantly differ from those of other companies in the mechanical engineering industry. Our work ethic and daily routines set us apart from other companies.

We prioritize individuality in determining our work structure, tailoring the daily work routines of our employees to their personalities and personal requirements. We consider the strengths, personal ambitions, and desires of our employees when structuring their workdays. In principle, we allow all employees in our company to work from home whenever possible. We have advocated the home office concept since 2017.

We place the highest priority on the work ethic of our employees, which is why academic values and degrees, depending on the department and job field, are secondary considerations. There are tasks and roles that require professionally competent and trained personnel, but we generally allow for career changes and take sufficient time to assess each applicant to determine potential areas of collaboration. We place great emphasis on the character and personality behind the individual, not solely on academic degrees and qualifications.

A familial and collegial work environment is very important to us, which is why most tasks in our company are managed in teams. Every employee has direct access to the company's address book and can immediately contact the relevant contacts for questions and concerns. Direct contact with team supervisors is also closely maintained. As a company, we work hand in hand, regardless of rank and job field. To foster better relations among all colleagues and encourage personal contact among our staff, we hold an annual Christmas party and a summer festival, attended by all employees and executives.
