Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers. That is why, within the framework of order processing, we offer additional services that optimize flexibility and facilitate handling for our business partners. The free use of our warehouse space is one of these services and enables our customers to store ordered components in our warehouses and to call them up flexibly on specified demand dates. There are no additional fees, such as storage costs, for the use of this service. In order to maximize flexibility and to be able to deliver the components retrieved from our warehouses as quickly as possible, we have an in-house delivery service. We carry out the transport of your components independently, which is why we can enable a significantly faster and safer delivery compared to a delivery with a regular forwarding company.

Within the framework of project processing, we also offer our constructive support, if necessary. Our designers record your requirements and specifications, discuss them with you and, on this basis, design corresponding drawings. Our design engineers are at your disposal for advice on project details, such as the place of use of the designed components, the chemical and mechanical properties of the materials to be used, the effective reduction of wear of the components to be used and the alignment of further technical specifications. The creation of drawings for sample parts whose production drawings are not available is also part of the range of our design services.
